If you get :
- DirectX init failed
When you launch a file with StreamPlug, try to update your directX version. It usually fixes the problems. If updating directX doesn't fix your problem, try to also update your graphic card drivers. If the problem still isn't resoved, please email us.
- Failed Audio Device
At start up of StreamPlug, please try to update your sound card drivers. If that still doesn't fix your problem please email us.
- Audio But No Video
Please update your graphic card drivers. If that doesn't fix your problem, please email us.
- Choppy Video Playback
Remember that StreamPlug videos require a broadband connection. If you do have a broadband connection and still get choppy videos, try to free some bandwidth by closing current downloads and p2p programs.
